As Managing Partner, Patrick determines the investment strategy for the company by leading Apartner Multifamily Capital's Investment Board of Advisors.
Our Board of Advisors is made up of multiple industry veterans that manage all acquisition opportunities, investment analysis, investor development and on-going asset management for the growing portfolio of institutional quality multifamily properties.
Patrick currently manages the real estate investment interests for a private group located in Pittsburgh, PA with investments in PA, OH, SC & TX.
His active oversight of this private portfolio requires continuous evaluation and analysis of new multifamily investment opportunities; educating others and sharing these opportunities with interested outside investors is what lead to the formation of Apartner Multifamily Capital, LLC.
Prior to starting Apartner Multifamily Capital, Patrick was an Executive with a large multifamily real estate investment and property management group.
As their Vice President of Acquisitions, his role was to lead the company’s portfolio growth efforts and processes related to market evaluation, financial analysis, on-site due diligence, and acquisition management. Over his 5-year tenure, the company’s investment portfolio doubled in size to over 4,000 units under management and was listed as one of Pittsburgh’s Fastest Growing Companies. Before this, he gathered over 10 years of commercial real estate Brokerage and Research experience as a Director at Global Real Estate firm, Newmark Knight Frank.
